1. Delivery Options

Depending on the customer's location and the option available at checkout, we offer the following delivery methods.

Same-Day Delivery in Una

For eligible local delivery addresses within the service area of our Una store, orders placed before 4:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery. Orders within approximately an hour's drive of our Una store may be delivered the same evening. Same-day delivery is subject to product availability, delivery-area coverage and operational conditions.

Standard Shadowfax Shipping

Standard shipping is provided through Shadowfax. Delivery time through Shadowfax typically takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination, courier network and other operational factors.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch after the order has been confirmed and, where applicable, payment has been successfully received. Processing and dispatch may be affected by product availability, order volume, public holidays, customer-provided information, payment confirmation and delivery-area restrictions.

3. Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their name, phone number, PIN code and delivery address are accurate. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery failure or delay, we may not be responsible for the resulting delay.

4. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed where delays occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, postal or courier delays, road or transport disruptions, public holidays, strikes or service interruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses or rejects delivery of an order, the order will be treated according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A customer who refuses delivery is not eligible for a refund.

6. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is charged at a flat ₹50 per order across Una district. Same-day local delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a broken or damaged item, or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery. Such cases are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
