Actual product colours, packaging, dimensions and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, displays, manufacturing variations or packaging changes. We reserve the right to correct pricing, availability or product information errors.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order is considered accepted by us once we confirm the order. We may cancel an order where necessary, including because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, delivery limitations, or other circumstances that prevent fulfilment. If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Prices and Payments

Product prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Available payment methods may include UPI, cards and other payment methods supported by our payment gateway. We also offer a 50% advance COD option where available. Under this option, 50% of the order value is paid online in advance and the remaining amount is payable at delivery. Customers must not share their UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking password or other payment authentication credentials with us.

6. Delivery

Delivery options depend on the customer's location and the option selected during checkout. We may provide same-day delivery in eligible areas of Una for qualifying orders placed before 4 PM, and standard shipping through Shadowfax. Delivery times may vary because of weather, courier operations, incorrect addresses, holidays, unforeseen circumstances or other factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We do not accept general returns or returns due to change of mind. Refunds or replacements may be considered only where the customer receives a different item from the item ordered or the item is broken/damaged on arrival. Customers who refuse or reject delivery are not eligible for a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

The Website, including its design, branding, logos, graphics, text, product content and other materials, is owned by or used by Bharat Sales Corp/Dreamland Bharat Sales Corp and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Una, Himachal Pradesh.
